一年多前
2019年底，因为我认识的屏南公民陆祚钰被屏南县公安局刑事拘留，我陆续发表了几篇文章为她呼吁的文章。一篇是11月19日先发表在微博，被封杀后转发在公众号的《屏南县公民陆祚钰被“寻衅滋事罪”案最新报》，再次被封杀后，11月20日我又在微博上发表了一篇《宁德屏南县公民陆祚钰被“寻衅滋事罪”办案通报》。然后昨天就有人通过我学校的领导带话过来，“建议”我把这一篇删除了。否则屏南县的意思就要把我原来的行政拘留13天给执行了。
哪来的“行政拘留13天”呢？
